  • Ionisation by electron impact of PHOSPHORUS TRIFLUORIDE (cas 13659-65-9) and difluorocyanophosphine
  • Add time:09/09/2019         Source:sciencedirect.com

The formation of positive and negative ions resulting from the electron bombardment of PHOSPHORUS TRIFLUORIDE (cas 13659-65-9) and difluorocyanophosphine has been studied as a function of the electron energy. Appearance potentials have been measured for these ions and various inoisation process suggested to explain their formation; vertical onset behaviour is a feature of the formation of several of the negative ions. From these data bond dissociation energies of several neutral and ionic species have been determined, including D(PF2—CN) ⩽ 3.4±0.5 eV.
