Rapid gas chromatographic analyses are necessary in industrial routine control operations that are carried out by means of laboratory or process gas chromatography.A reduction in the analysis time by a factor of 2–5 can be easily achieved without the need for additional chromatographic equipment by using micropacked columns of Spherosil.
