CYANOPHOS Uses

 Cyanophos (CAS NO.2636-26-2) is used to control fruit, vegetables and ornamental plants of Lepidoptera pests, also can prevent and control cockroaches, flies and mosquitoes like health pests. It can also be used to control rice stem borer, yellow rice borer, leaf roller, rice bud worms, leafhoppers, thrips, pests such as Pieris rapae

CYANOPHOS Production

 Cyanophos (CAS NO.2636-26-2) can be O, O-dimethyl sulfur chloride by phosphate and cyano-phenol reaction. In the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate, it can be O, O-2-methyl thiophosphoryl chloride with the reaction of hydroxyl nitrile. It also can be p-nitrile from 4 - hydroxybenzoic acid and urea, phosphorus pentasulfide reaction.
