Preparation of  Isopropylsulfonyl chloride: it can be prepared by propane-2-thiol with reagent Cl₂ and solvent Acetic acid.

Uses of  Isopropylsulfonyl chloride: this chemical can be made by propane-2-sulfonamide with reagents NH₃ and solvent toluene at temperature of -78 ℃.
