Tilactase Uses

(2-Naphthyloxy)acetic acid(120-23-0) can be used asEnzyme and Mainly used in dairy industry.
(2-Naphthyloxy)acetic acid(120-23-0), In the fermentation and baking industry, can take lactose, not be used by a general yeast for hydrolysis, into glucose .

Tilactase Production

Obtained from cheese's whey coagulate under pH 4.5 and temperature 85 ~ 105 ℃. Then add 0.1% ammonia, access yeast species (such as Saccharomyces fragilis) at 30 ℃ under aerobic incubation in the coagulum. Collect yeast, and wash with warm water after the rapid cooling under -18 ℃, and then use 1.5 ~ 3.0 times' ethanol of the amount of  yeast .
