Pyrrole could be obtained through the following reaction: It could be achieved by treating Furan with Ammonia with the exsitence of solid acid catalysts.
Pyrrole could react with 4-(2-Dicyanomethylene)-3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolinone to produce the resultant 2-(5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-2-(1H-pyrrol-3-yl)malononitrile, in the existence of solvent of acetic acid, with the reaction time of 2 hours. And its yield is 95%, in the condition of ambient temperature.
Pyrrole could also react with 9,9-dimethoxy-2,7-dimethyl-9H-xanthene to get 2,7-Dimethyl-9,9-di(pyrrol-2-yl)xanthene. This reaction could happen in the reagent of Cl2CHCO2H and solvent of CH2Cl2, with the temperature time of 20 min and reaction temperature of 20 ℃. And its yield is 64%.
