Uses of Hydrazine,(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-, hydrochloride (1:1): It can react with 2,2,2-trifluoro-1-phenyl-ethanone to produce N-(2,3-dichloro-phenyl)-N'-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-phenyl-ethylidene)-hydrazine. This reaction will need reagent 50% aq. H2SO4, and the menstruum ethanol. The reaction time is 48 hours with ambient temperature, and the yield is about 65%.
