Magnesium titanate Specification

The Magnesium titanium oxide (MgTiO3), with its CAS registry number 12032-30-3, has the IUPAC name of magnesium; oxygen(2-); titanium(4+). With the molecular foumula of MgO3Ti, its formula weight is 120.17. As a kind of white powder, this chemical is stable while incompatible with acids.  Besides, being stable in normal temperature and normal pressure, it should be kept in the cool and well-ventilated place, away from light, flame, high temperature. As to its production method, it could be produced from the reaction of TiO2 and MgCl2 in the high temperature.
