Uses of Silane, ethyldimethyl-: It can react with vinylbenzene to produce ethyl-dimethyl-phenethyl-silane. This reaction will need reagent B(C₆F₅)₃, and the menstruum CH₂Cl₂. The temperature is 20°C, and the yield is about 95%.
