Preparation of Silane, isocyanatotrimethyl-: this chemical is prepared by reaction of Sulfuric acid bis-trimethylsilanyl ester with Cyanic acid; potassium salt. The reaction needs reagent N-Methylpyrrolidon. The yield is about 91 %.
