Zinc phosphate, as a new generation of antirust pigment, is a new type of nontoxic harmless white antirust pigment with excellent performance in rust prevention ideal application effect. It is the best substitute of conventional antirust pigments containing heavy metals such as leadome.
   With powerful condensing property with ferric ions, Zinc Phosphate is able to form a durable protective film composed mainly of ferric phosphate through its radical ions reacting with iron anode. It is a highly dense pure film, insoluble in water, of high hardness, excellent adhesion outstanding rust-preventingacteristics. The perfect rust prevention performance of Zinc Phosphate with many metals is resulted from its good activity in forming complex compounds with metallic ions. Zinc Phosphate will render coating materials excellent rust-preventing performance good resistance to water.
