It can be automatically hydrolyzed into nutritive amino acid, lysine without any harm to the body. It can also be used as a carrier for pharmaceutical molecules. You may confect the 5-10%ε-Polylysine solution with cold boiled water or distilled water, then put it into the food and mix fully.
