Our crystalline catalyst is used in all types of polyurethane foams including flexible slabstock, flexible molded, rigid, semi-flexible and elastomeric. It is also used in polyurethane coatings applications. Our crystalline catalyst accelerates the reactions between the isocyanate and water and the isocyanate and organic hydroxyl groups.
In flexible slabstock foam systems, Our crystalline catalyst can be used with a stannous octoate catalyst. In flexible molded systems, JD OOur crystalline catalyst can be used with a blowing co-catalyst. In rigid systems, Our crystalline catalyst is frequently used with JD DMEA (dimethylethanolamine) catalyst.
