Product Features
    Ascorbyl palmitate has the all physiological activity of vitamin C, it is a highly effective anti-oxidant and oxygen free radicalscavenger, assessed by the Committee on Food Additives of the World Health Organization (WHO) as a nutrient, efficient, safety use of food additives; it is the only one that can be used for infant food antioxidants, it has a function that can play an effect of antioxidant, food (grease) color protection and strengthen the effectiveness of vitamin C.

    Food additives: antioxidants; color fixative for the protection of natural pigments (such as chili red pigment, lycopene carotene, lutein, etc.) easily oxidized; use as a fat-soluble antioxidant, with a good effect on soybean oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil, unsaturated fats and hydrogenated vegetable oils; dairy baby products, to prevent baby milk consumption from oxidation defeated; for fried products, it can prevent lipid rancidity to extend the shelf life (such as instant noodles,potato chips, fried fish, grilled meat, etc.).
