Hesperidin is a flavanone found in citrus fruits (such as oranges, lemons or pummelo fruits) that has antioxidant properties in laboratory studies. Inbasic research, it has biological effects on rats and mice, such as cholesterol reduction, blood pressure reduction and anti-inflammatory abilities.
