Dimethylthiotoluenediamine-DMTDA is a novel polyurethane elastomers cure crosslinking Ethancure 300 which is equivalent to two main isomers i.e. 2,4 - and 2,6 - dimethyl thio toluene amine mixtures (ratio of about 77 to 80/17 to 20), compared with the commonly used MOCA, low viscosity at room temperature is liquid, can be applied to the construction operation, and low chemical equivalent amount of a low temperature. DMTDA environmental toxicity is a liquid-based diamine chain extenders, mainly used for polyurethane elastomers, RIM (reaction injection molding), SPUA (spray polyurea elastomer) and adhesives; also used as an epoxy resin curing agent, has been widely used in polyurethane rubber roller, medical, stamping, etc. in addition, it is in the automotive, construction, mining, metal mining, textile, paper, printing industry has a wide range of applications. DMTDA curing speed is much slower than DETDA can be mixed in different proportions with DETDA used to adjust the curing speed to meet different needs.
