Characteristic:

Amino silicone oil SO11 is a high-quality amino modified polysiloxane, with soft and smooth handling properties, small yellowing, high gloss. If choose appropriate emulsifier, use together, it could be convenient to produce amino silicone oil emulsion with beautiful appearance and stable performance.

Application: 

SO-11 is a ideal softening agent formula raw materials, be applied to variety of fibers and fabrics. It impacts the woven and knitted fabric good soft,drape and elastic handling. With certain dosage impact fabric ice touch.

SO-11 is the best softening agent, for knitted fabrics of cotton fabric and polyester cotton fabric. It can improve washing/wearing performance, improve the crease recovery angle, and the sewing properties & tear strength, reduce friction loss. And these properties keep in good after washing or dry cleaning.

SO-11 has small effect on whiteness in normal conditions usage. In addition, it also has no negative effect on shade and color fastness. Finishing agent containing SO-11 filled with cotton, will impact fiber good smoothness and elasticity.

Reference formula:

Use normal emulsifier and emulsifying process can easily emulsified SO-11. The emulsifier E70 is recommend to prepare 37.5% content emulsion.

1. Recommend formula:  

12 share       emulsifier                0.5 share      acetic acid (60%)

62.5 share    deionized water            25 share       SO11

2. Preparation process:

Pour 12 share emulsifier into the stirring barrel: pour 63 share deionized acid water into the mixing bucket, stirring evenly, get milky white liquid. Pour 25 share SO-11 into the mentioned emulsifier mixture while stirring. Continue stirring for 15mins, then got clarifying microemulsion. The microemulsion can be diluted to a specified concentration as need. It is better to use screen filter after preparation. Preparation process no need heating, no need high speed stirring equipment.
