This-1111 rubber vulcanizing agent is designed for use with halogenated elastomer such as chlorinated Polyethylene(CPE),polyvinylchloride(PVC),

ECO,CR and CSM. It is supplied as yellowish powder. Rubber vulcanizing agent  is a blend of esters of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole. 

In general ,CPE compounds exhibit good resistance to oil, heat , cold and ozone .The appropriate choice of vulcanization system and formulating ingredients is the key to the ultimate performance and cost effective of CPE compunds.This-1111 vulcanizing agent have been used as the cross-linker for CPE in applications requiring optimum compression set and heat resistance. Vulcanizing agent functions as a di-Nucleophile vulcanizing any elastomer containing replaceable halogen atoms. Because of this, many inexpensive fillers, oils, and plasticizers can be used with This-1111 vulcanizing agent. Vulcanizing effect equate .This-1111 vulcanizing agent with ECHO A of U.S.A and TDD of Germany. It can save production cost largely.

Applications:                                                                                                           

Rubber accelerator 808 and vulcanizing agent could be cured together in halogenated elastomers, such as CPE,PVC,ECO,CR and CSM, the additive proportion of vulcanizing agent and 808 accelerator are 2.5:0.8.It can also used in rubber latex thread processing, as a accelerator in anaerobic adhesive curing. In general, CPE compounds cured with vulcanizing system exhibit good resistance to oil, heat, cold and ozone ,in mean while, have good compression set and thermal stability.
