Cationic rosin size for Paper Making(SC—35)

The cationic rosin sizing agent with positive charge itself,  has high retention with pulp fiber (with negative charged), and not depends on the Al2(SO4)3 greatly. Besides, it can improve the retention of filler and fines fiber; realize the compatibility with CaCO3. To achieve the effect of neutral sizing.

               Characteristics

1. It can be used in the condition of extensive scale of PH value (from weak acid to neutral).

2. Reduce pollution under the condition of neutral sizing, 

3. Usage of the rosin size is in small amount and paper is durable with high strength.

4. It also plays a role for waste paper pulp 

5. Under the condition of weak acid and neutral, no need cleaning papermaking system

6. Because of the demand for aluminium sulfate reduces greatly, the paper brittle and yellowing phenomenon was improved.

7. Compared to AKD and ASA sizing agent, it has some advantages.

The skid resistance, strength and stiffness of paper was increased.

     Application method

1. It can be used directly or diluted by 5-10 times by clean water. We suggest that you add it continuously with metric-pump after adding Al2(SO4)3.

2. The dosage is: 0.2-1.0% of Absolutely-dry-fiber.

Plastic barrel for 200kg and 1000kg or your demand 

           Storage

1. This product with cationic, avoid mix with anionic material directly.

2. Do not use metal container .plastic or glass containers are advised.

3. The product is emulsion products. Forbid freezing, exposure. It should be stored under the condition of 5--35°C.
