Procedure:
1、 Pre-mix the ingredients of part A by stirring，until salicylic acid is dissloved at room temperature
2、 Pre-mixing the ingredients of part B by stirring.
3、 Add part B to part A to obtain a cream gel.
4、 Add part C and perfume to the cream gel.
