Description

Silibase-2896 is a highly reactive non-hydrolytic foam stabilizer of polysiloxane polyether copolymer, with a silicon-carbon bond. It is suitable for foam systems of HFC and all water, with good nucleation and fluidity.

Silibase-289 6has an excellent effect in stabilizing foam, minimizing empty hole phenomenon under the surface, is a ideal foam stabilizer for freon-free premixed polyether.

How to use

Use levels of 1.5 to 2.5 parts Silibase-2896 per 100 parts polyols are suggested. The optimum dosage is determined by the particular foam formulation
