Silicone Surfactant Agricultral Silicone Fluid wetting agent
Description
Silway 248 spray adjuvant is a polyether trisiloxane. In aqueous solutions,
it gives super spreading and does dramatically reduce surface tension.
Typically, Silway 248 spray adjuvant reduces the surface tension of aqueous
agricultural mixtures significantly.
At concentrations as low as 0.1 percent, Silway 248 spray adjuvant reduces
surface tension below 22 mN/m,
which produces very rapid wetting and spreading on hard-to-wet surfaces
such as waxy leaves.
Silway 248 spray adjuvant is nonionic in nature, making it useful with a broad
range of agrochemical formulations.
