REM-AEROGEL-W is a nano porous silica aerogel water based paste with high insulation performance and various applications. It is reusable, safe for human and eco-friendly. As water based paste it is non-dusty and easy to handle. After the water content in the paste dries out, more than 98% content is aerogel retaining all its properties like hydrophobic nature and thermal conductivity.

The superior property of RAGEL-W makes it an absolute choice for increasing the thermal insulation performance and hydrophobic performance of insulation materials like glass fibers & mineral fibers. It can be added as fillers in paints, protective coatings & insulating coatings to increase thermal insulating performance and hydrophobic performance. It also can be used as a main thermal insulating component in paints & coating systems. It can be used with cement and mortars for producing light weight and hydrophobic cement mortars composites.

Specification

Handling
Mix well before use. Do not inhale dust formed after dried. Provide proper exhaust ventilation at machinery and at places where dust can be generated. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use gloves, mask and safety goggles while handling.

Storage
Containers should be tightly closed. Store in cool and dry place. Do not store together with volatile chemicals as the product may absorb it. Life time 6 months. Close lid tightly after use.

• 5kg, 10kg, 20kg/drum
• Smaller unit packing is also available.
