HER is a symmetrical aromatic diol chain extender, it has good compatibility with MDI, which offers excellent performance in CPU, MPU and TPU polymers. These polyurethane elastomers impart better tear strength, initial strength, compression set. low shrinkage, cut resistance, low melting point and easy handling. HER could maintain maximum endurance, elasticity, plasticity and minimum shrinkage of PU elastomer. Besides of those common advantages of aromatic chain extenders it possesses, HER avoids the defect of easily crystallization in HQEE.

APPLICATIONS

HER is a symmetrical aromatic diol chain extender, it has good compatibility with MDI prepolymer, which offers excellent performance in CPU, MPU and TPU elastomers. These polyurethane elastomers are imparted good properties such as better tear strength, initial strength, compression set, low shrinkage, cut resistance, low melting point and easy handling. HER could also impact PU elastomer maximum endurance, good elasticity, plasticity and minimum shrinkage of PU elastomer. Besides those common advantages of aromatic chain extenders it possesses, HER avoids the defect of easily crystallization of HQEE.

STORAGE

HER is very sensitive to moisture, so it should be kept in tightly closed container and stored in a dry ventilated place. Put desiccant inside the package. Make sure the remanent products well sealed after using. HER is also sensitive to light (UV).,It will turn yellow-brown in the presence of light, so it should be kept away from light.
