Introduction: 
Nanjing Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the Company), founded in 1958, is a high-tech enterprise specialized in R&D, manufacturing, sales and technical services of chemical reagents, pharmaceutical excipients, electronic chemicals and custom chemicals. The Company is the Vice-Chairman Unit of Chemical Reagent Industry Association of China (CRIAC), and the Chairman Unit of Jiangsu Provincial Committee of Chemical Reagents. The Company's Stock has been listed on the NEEQ (National Equities Exchange and Quotations) since August 6, 2015, (the Stock referred to as Nanjing Reagent, Stock Code: 833179)    
 

Research and Development (R&D): 
The Company mainly does R&D independently, and keep launching over 150 new products to market every year. The Company and Nanjing University jointly established "Nanjing Chemical Engineering Technology Research Center", the center has been accepted by Nanjing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology. In the center, the 33 members are engaged in R&D, Process Design, Preparation of Products' Standards, Test and Inspection, etc., among them there are 4 with senior engineering and technology titles, 10 with mid-level titles, 4 with master or above degree, 12 with bachelor degree and 4 visiting professor level experts. The Company has been carrying out the production-university-research co-operation with Southeast University; Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology and many other high schools.

Quality Assurance : 
The Company is committed to meticulous management, and adheres to the principle of "Lean manufacturing to ensure the products with high quality for each batch; Honesty to meet customer requirements". Maintain the effective operation of the ISO9001 system management for more than 10 years, to ensure the products quality improved steadily. Since 1998, the qualified rates of the sampling products examined by National and Provincial Level have been continuously reaching to 100% for 17 years. Confirmed by Jiangsu Provincial Metrological Assurance, the Company has been 3 times honored with Nanjing Municipal "Quality Management Awards". The brand of "Nanjing Reagents" for the chemical reagents has been evaluated as famous-brand products of Jiangsu Province, and the trademark of Nanjing Reagents (NS) is the Famous Trademark of Jiangsu Province.    
  

Environment Protection: 
Focus on Green Development and Relocation Implementation for Environmental Protection. In 2012 the R&D and Production Base with an annual output of 35,000 metric tons were completed in Chemical Industry Park, adhere to the principle of "Observing Law and Discipline, Cleaning Production, Energy Saving & Emission Reduction and Environmental Protection. Sufficiently identifying the environmental factors of the enterprise, and controlling from the source. With the goal of Saving energy, Lowering consumption, Reducing pollution and Improving efficiency ", insist on cleaning production with multiple maintenances from raw materials, process, equipment, on-site, products and staff members. Strengthening the "three wastes" treatment to ensure the discharging standard. Regularly carry out the interaction compliance evaluation for the production and the business operation, the Company has been awarded with Blue Credit Rating according to the Company's Environmental Behavior Declaration.

Warehousing Logistics:   
In accordance with Secondary Standard of the Safety Standardization, a warehouse (over 7,000 square meters) has been built up for Dangerous Chemical Goods of Class A, B, C, etc. in Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park to ensure the safety and quality of the materials. Strive to enhance the response speed to customer's inquiry by upgrading Enterprise's ERP System, opening Service Hotline 400, and building O2O e-commerce platform. With its own professional transportation fleet and the logistics service from the third party of the dangerous chemical goods , make efforts to provide customers with high quality and convenient delivery service.
