It is a kind of thermal stabilizer in CSPR vulcanized by metal oxide. In SBR, it has good protective character to ozone, weather, aging, crazing and flexing, but it has no oxidation resistance, so it should be used together with good antioxidant. It can easily disperse in rubber and make the rubber green, but is pollution-free. Normal dosage is 1-2 phr in CR and 0.5-3 phr in SBR.
