    Our company production of chitosan is divided into three levels: food grade and industrial grade/agriculture grade, pharmaceutical grade.The main basis of the three levels of the division is different of the degree of deacetylation, from low to high.More than 85% for agriculture grade or industrial grade, more than 90% for food grade, more than 95% for the medical level. For the different of the degree of deacetylation,lead to other indicators also corresponding changed.

    Chitosan is made from the deep-sea snow crab shells,unpolluted and safe character . it is the substance obtained by deacetylation of chitin .Due to our chitosan is a natural drying, Its color is more white than the chitosan which were produced in the traditional drying methods,and it has pearly luster.See the picture as follows.

Water Soluble Chitosan: The Water Soluble Chitosan can be soluble in water and other acid solution directly.Its physical characteristics are similar to chitosan.Commonly used water soluble chitosan is as follows :Carboxylation chitosan ,Chitosan salts, Sulfated chitosan,Chitosan oligosaccharide,Hyaluronic acid chitosan.
