1.Brief Introduction of Product

BHB-66 borax deoxidising agent is a deoxidising agent that is used for seamless steel pipe rollers. In order to deoxidize the internal bore of the hollow bloom that at the exit of the Piercing mill, the agent is blew and sprayed into the internal bore and the nitrogen last a period of 1~10 seconds. The agent reacts to the ferric oxide remainder and deoxidizing the internal bore, form a protecting film that is similar to enamel and with good antioxidant and anti-corrosion capability,to prevent the bore secondary for ferric oxide.

2.Composition of the dioxidising agent (BORAX)

The agent is composed of Anhydrous Sodium Tethraborate, Sodium and Potassium Soaps and Sodium Sulfate.
