Topfill N919 is a new type of nanometer materials. Its main composition is modified nano silica with more than 90% of effective component content. The particle size distribution is 60nm~500nm, the aggregate structure is a single sphere, with irregular groove surface and relatively lower structure.

It is inert, non-toxic and eco-friendly. It will not decompose even in a fire.

N90 is readily dispersed in, and compatible to most thermoplastics elastomers.

Advantages of Topfill N919
1. N919 is a flame retardant synergist that improves the char strength and makes the flame retardant additives (ATH, MDH, ATO, APP, etc) work more efficiently, allowing a reduction in the addition level of the flame retardants. It can replace 50% ATO without flame retardent effect changing.

Usage:

1. Topfill N919 can be used as flame retardant for PVC and TPE , RUBBER products.

2. Topfill N919 can replace Silitin N85 completely, it is used for sealing parts, O ring oil seal, hydraulic pipe / fuel hose, automobile seal strip, solid / foaming, etc.

3. N919 can be used to equivalent substituting for 5phr N234 carbon black in tires formula, and obtain the best performance.
