◆ Sunserve CS is an important acidic mucopolysaccharide extracted from animal cartilage.
◆ It is white or ivory white powder, and is extremely hygroscopic and easily dissolvable into water being sticky liquid.
◆ It cannot be dissolved in organic reagent like alcohol, acetone, ether, chloroform etc.
◆ Its salt are stable with heat.
