Product Description

This product is a new type of inorganic pearlmasterbatch, containing ultrafine calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide with optimized surface treatment, diffusibility performance better than similar products. The pearly film it produced is in high whiteness, high tensile strength, good shading performance and low density.

Product advantages
Better diffusibility and filtration performance. Plastic film is not easy to break while production.

Applicable scope
During the production of BOPP pearl film, Joins 10%~30% of this function material in the core layer. 1 ~ 2.5% white masterbatch can produce satisfactory pearl film. Density dropped to about 0.65 . The turbidity is 84~87.
