                          Function&Application

1. As a foaming agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and various plastics, it can produce fine closed hole structure for plastics and rubber products, with small shrinkage rate and high tear resistance strength. As a foaming agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and various plastics and for organic synthesis.

2. This product is low temperature foaming agent, applicable to various plastics and rubber such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber and polyvinyl chloride. The gas and decomposed residue produced are non-toxic, odorless and non-polluting. The product has uniform and fine foam pore structure, small shrinkage rate and high breaking strength. This product decomposition temperature is lower, should be under 70 ℃ mixing. This product cannot be used with dinitrotoluene pentamethene (foaming agent H), nor with lead salt to avoid coking and contamination of the adhesive. Do not use foam AIDS when using this product.

3. It is a foam agent with wide adaptability, and is called as an all-purpose foam agent. Decomposition temperature is low, can be mixed under 70 ℃, and suitable for all kinds of plastic, natural and synthetic rubber. The gas and decomposition residues are non-toxic, odorless and pollution-free, with fine and uniform foam pore structure, small shrinkage rate and large tear strength. Used for making white foam in PVC. Do not use with foaming agent H and lead salt, do not use foaming agent in general.
