Inosine
It is applicable to leucopenia and thrombocytopenia caused by various kinds of reasons, various kinds of heart disease, acute and chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis, and also can be used to cure central serous chorioretinopathy, optic atrophy, etc.

Pharmacologic action
This drug is normal constituents of human body, is the precursor of adenine; it can directly penetrate cell membrane and enter into the somatic cell to participate in the body metabolism of nucleic acid, energy metabolism and synthesis of protein.

This drug can activate pyruvic oxidase, enhance the activity of coenzyme A, activate liver function and improve the histocyte continue to perform metabolism under low energy and anaerobic condition; it contributes to functional recovery of damaged hepatic cell and participates the body energy metabolism and synthesis of protein.

This drug can increase ATP level and transform into various kinds of nucleotide. It can stimulate the body to generate antibody and also can improve iron absorbing of intestinal tract, activate liver function and accelerate repairing of hepatic cells. It also have function to enhance leukocyte proliferation.

Indications
1.It is applicable to leucopenia and thrombocytopenia

This product has no compatibility with chloramphenicol, dipyridamole, thiopental sodium and orotic acid injection.
