Lycopene 10% DC/AF (Modified Starch) is a carotenoid in a beadlet form sourced from red fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, watermelons, and papaya. This product is most commonly used to add a red color and increase antioxidant levels in a variety of products, including nutritional bars, dairy drinks, condensed milk, cream, cheese, dairy based desserts, whey and whey products, fat spreads, sorbet, processed fruit, processed vegetables, cooked vegetables, batters, cereals, pre-cooked pastas, canned meat and fish, condiments, custard, dietetic foods, beer, cider, wine, and prepared foods.This product is most commonly used to add a red color and increase antioxidant levels in a variety of products, including nutritional bars, dairy drinks, condensed milk, cream, cheese, dairy based desserts, whey and whey products, fat spreads, sorbet, processed fruit, processed vegetables, cooked vegetables, batters, cereals, pre-cooked pastas, canned meat and fish, condiments, custard, dietetic foods, beer, cider, wine, and prepared foods.
