Usage :

Be used for fixing of reactive dyes dyeing fabrics and printing fabrics, improve the wet fastness.

Characteristics

l   Be used in reactive dyes dyeing fabrics and printing fabrics color fixing, little affect on shade

l  Improve dyeing fabrics stain resistance soaping fastness, perspiration fastness and water fasten fastness.

l  No influence on dyeing fabrics light fastness, water fastness to chlorine and dry rubbing fastness.

l  Improve wet fastness of mercerized fabrics after dyeing.

l  No influence on dyeing fabrics hand feeling and hydrophilicity.

l  Formaldehyde free.

Property  

Compose: Special polycarbonate resin aqueous solution.

Appearance: light yellow liquid

Ionicity: cationic

pH: 4-6（1%sol.）  

Proportion（20℃）: about 1.0

Solubility: soluble in water.

Compatibility: be compatible with cationic and non-ionic substances, may produce precipitation if react with anionic substances.

Stability    

Keep out of the sun, sealed store for 12 months under temperature 0-40℃.

Application  

Fixing according to impregnation and padding method.

To be fixing effectively, have to clean washing the dyeing or printing fabrics absolutely before using GR-F111.

Recommend washing and fixing technology 

Reactive dyes dyeing or printing fabrics→cold water washing→hot water washing（50-60℃）→soap boiling（95-98℃ soap boiling for 10 minutes）→rinse → fixation treatment→ elution → drying

Recommend dosage：

GR-F111 dosage should be adjusted according to dyeing deepness and fastness requirement.

For ISO 105/C03（GB 3921-83/method 3, 60℃）, recommend 0.1-0.3% o.w.f.；

For ISO 105/C04（GB 3921-83/method 4, 95℃）, recommend 0.2-0.5% o.w.f.

Fixation technology ：

be treated for 15-30 minuted under temperature 40-60℃.

Padding method fixing liquid formula：

GR-F111    2- 5g/L

padding fixing liquid (liquid rate 70-80%)→ drying

Stripping :     

neutral soap lye:          2g/L

Na2CO3 or NaOH:            10g/L

Temperature / time:        80-90℃/30 minutes
