Naphazoline hydrochloride is a quasi adrenergic agent, it can stimulate the vascular smooth muscle of the skin, mucous membrane and internal organs directly. it has a strong contraction effect on the mucosal blood vessels and can relieve the nasal congestion rapidly. at the same time, it can cause the contraction of small arteries and small veins in the whole body, and make the peripheral resistance increase obviously, which results in the increase of blood pressure and microcirculation disturbance,
