Description

WK-300W kind of oil soluble and dispersive magnesium hydroxide base fuel additive, used specially for heavy oil boiler powered generator unit and heavy oil gas turbine powered generator unit. The main feature of WK-300W vanadium inhibitor lies in that it may mix with oil at any ratio. WK-300W can provide effective MgO to react with V2O5 in the fuel to bring about high-melting point magnesium vanadium oxide compounds which can increase the melting point of vanadium ash content in gas turbine powered generator unit and boiler powered generator unit, prevent the unit from corrosion by hazardous substance, and bring about loose ash content that can be took away by the heated smoke and gas. That is a new generation vanadium inhibitor and it was widely used in heavy oil boiler powered generator unit and heavy oil gas turbine power plants in all over the world.

Application

The proportion of WK-300W Additive dosage of Magnesium and Vanadium in Heavy fuel oil should be around 3～3.5 (Mg:V=3～3.5) or according with the gas turbine instructions. The Nickel in the heavy fuel must be calculated with vanadium for the additive dosage.

WK-300W Additive is a kind of industrial chemical. Packing and shipping should be accomplished in accordance with acceptable commercial practices for petroleum fractions type of product. To avoid visual fire and high temperature. To avoid contacting with skin and eyes. The additive can be pumped into tanks directly when ambient temperature below 50℃，and no corrosive for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The additive should be storable without significant physical change when stored in the original 200 Liters iron container for long time. Packing also can be treated for customer.
