Astragalus Polysaccharides astragalus extract astragalus root extract
The Characteristic of Chengdu King-tiger Astragalus Polysaccharides:
1: Astragalus polysaccharides on the market has a range of different specifications and prices. There widely exist adulteration and shoddy phenomena, such as adding brown sugar, glucose, starch, dextrin etc. The molecular weight distribution of Chengdu King-tiger astragalus polysaccharides is concentrated at around 15,000 (10000-25000), in full compliance with the molecular weight distribution of natural Astragalus polysaccharide. There is a big difference with the molecular weight distribution of other astragalus polysaccharides sold on the market.
2: 100% natural extract of astragalus: Astragalus polysaccharides,in addition to contain astragalus polysaccharides, the other ingredients are all natural ingredients of astragalus such as astragalus saponins, astragalus flavone etc. Chengdu King-tiger promises that astragalus polysaccharides product also contains not less than 0.2% of Astragaloside IV(the characteristic ingredients of Astragalus), show 100% extracted from the Astragalus herbs.
3: All specifications can be provided from stock in large quantity at any time.

Customer Notice:
Astragalus Polysaccharide is the major active substance in Chinese Medicine Astragalus, which has the function of tonifying Qi, inducing the body to produce interferon, promoting produce antibody, enhancing the activity of phagocytes, regulating immune function and enhancing immunity. While it has little toxic side effects, no residue, no drug resistance and other advantages.
But Astragalus Polysaccharides on the market has a range of different prices. There widely exist adulteration and shoddy phenomena, such as adding brown sugar, glucose, starch, dextrin etc..
The existing identification methods are apparent distinction, solubility identification, and alcohol precipitation identification, etc., The content determination was usually by UV spectrophotometry, using glucose (or glucan ) as reference. Due to lack of specificity detection methods, it is difficult to identify glucose, brown sugar etc. mixed with Astragalus polysaccharide.
But now we found that determining the molecular weight distribution of Astragalus Polysaccharide by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) can distinguish the two accurately and efficiently.
By GPC measure molecular weight distribution of three samples:
I, Direct Astragalus water extract
II, King-tiger astragalus polysaccharides
III, Other Astragalus Polysaccharides sold on the market
(1) Direct Astragalus water extract (Sample I) molecular weight distribution
FIG 1.
As shown, the molecular weight distribution of Sample I is very wide, from a few thousand to over 30 million. But the molecular weight focused around 15,000 (10000-25000) (shaded in green).
(2) King-tiger Astragalus Polysaccharides (Sample II) molecular weight distribution
FIG 2.
As shown, the molecular weight distribution of Sample II focused around 15,000 (10000-25000) (shaded in green), fully in line with the characteristics of Sample I.
(3) Other Astragalus Polysaccharides sold on the market (Sample II
FIG 3.
As shown, the molecular weight distribution of Sample III mainly focused around 160 (100-500) (shaded in red), which is estimated to be added small molecules disaccharide substance such as brown sugar powder etc.. So it has less polysaccharide substance over thousands molecular weight (shaded in green).
In summary, the molecular weight distribution of King-tiger Astragalus Polysaccharides iss concentrated at around 15,000 (10000-25000), in full compliance with the moI) molecular weight distribution
lecular weight distribution of natural Astragalus polysaccharide. There is a big difference with the molecular weight distribution of other Astragalus Polysaccharides sold on the market.
King-tiger Astragalus Polysaccharides also contains not less than 0.2% of Astragaloside IV(the characteristic ingredients of Astragalus), show 100% extracted from the Astragalus herbs.
