LEVOFLOXACIN HCL 1-Adamantanethylamine Levofloxacine Hydrochloride
This product has broad spectrum antibacterial effect, strong antibacterial effect, to most enterobacteriaceae bacteria, such as escherichia coli, klebsiella, proteobacteria, salmonella, shigella, haemophilus influenzae, legionella pneumophila, neisseria gonorrhoeae and other gram-negative bacteria have strong antibacterial activity. Gram-positive bacterium such as streptococcus of aureus, pneumonic streptococcus, pyogenic streptococcus and mycoplasma pneumoniae, chlamydia pneumoniae also have antibacterial effect, but the effect to anaerobic bacterium and enterococcus is poorer. This product is levofloxacin, and its antibacterial activity in vitro is about twice that of ofloxacin. Its mechanism of action is to prevent the synthesis and replication of bacterial DNA by inhibiting the activity of bacterial DNA rotase, leading to the death of bacteria.
