【Product Introduction】

Nano Zinc Oxide ZnO Powder is  Food-contact grade antibacterial agent, purely inorganic. It can withstand high temperature up to 1300℃. We use inorganic mineral materials as base materials, process antimicrobial factors by unique technology and then implant into the pores of inorganic mineral materials. The slow-release technology enables the products long-acting antimicrobial effect. It kills and removes bacterium with high efficiency and broad spectrum. It has no toxicity or harm to human body. Adding this into the materials doesn’t change or influence the surface appearance, color, gloss and original performance of the materials.

【How to use】

Add Nano Zinc Oxide ZnO Powder into raw materials of various synthetic resins such as PVC etc, all kinds of paints, and adhesives.

To use for synthetic resin, this powder can be processed into master batch, before being added into raw materials according to the specific production process. The suggested dosage is 1-3%.

For the coatings and adhesives, this powder can be added directly into the basic material at 1-5% by weight.
