What is Miconazole nitrate powder
 
Miconazole nitrate powder is an antifungal agent. This product can inhibit the growth of most fungi at a concentration of 4mg/L. Blastomyces and histoplasma are highly sensitive to it. Cryptococcus, Candida, and Coccidioides are also sensitive to this product. By interfering with the activity of cytochrome P-450, it can inhibit the biosynthesis of the fungal cell membrane main steroids - ergosterol, damage the fungal cell membrane and change its permeability, resulting in important intracellular leakage of substances; can also inhibit fungi The biosynthesis of triacylglycerols and phospholipids inhibits the activities of oxidases and peroxidases, causing intracellular accumulation of hydrogen peroxide leading to cell substructural degeneration and cell necrosis.
