SAE Styrene Acrylic surface sizing agent  30% cationic

I. Characteristics
SAE can improve the water resistance of paper quickly, and has less dependence for Aluminum Sulfate. It can meet the requirements of middle and high speed paper machine in the sizing (especially the transfer membrane surface sizing system).
The product has the strong anti-interference ability for Impurities, such as anionic trash. And has the excellent get damp resistance performance. It can satisfy with harsh conditions for cardboard, white board paper, corrugating paper and other Paper machine sizing demand.

pH value: 2-5

Ionicity: cationic

III. Usage

1. General usage 0.5-3.0kg / ton of paper, 0-3.0kg/Aluminum Sulfate ton of paper.

2. When surface sizing, together starch, suggest to adopt the way of adding continuously, then adding the surface sizing into the starch solution prior to size pressing by the use of metering pump.

IV. Packaging Store

• Polyethylene plastic drum, net weight 200kg/1000kg.
• The product should be kept sealed in shady and cool place, and prevent from freezing and exposure. The storage period is 6 months.
