Goods introduce:
DDP is a heterocyclic phosphorus flame retardant, it has high thermal stability and resistance to oxidation, excellent water resistance. It is both reactive and additive flame retardant used in epoxy resin, PET, PEN, PBN and so on.
Application:
1. In Epoxy resin
It can be widely used in the flame retardant of the polymer materials of the sealed, potting of the electronic components, as well as high-technique materials of the plastic, printed circuit boards. DDP can be used as the hardener agent of the epoxy resin, and the harden reaction can happen under 160℃ with DGEPA . When the component of phosphor is 1.7%, the test of the material can reach the UL94V-0 level.
2. In polyester.
Copolymerization reaction can happen between DDP and PET、PEN and PBN,the flame retardant effect will increase with the increase of the component of phosphor. When the component of P can reach to 1% in PET, 0.48% in PEN, 0.97% in PBN , the test result of the flame retardant can be UL94V-0 level. And the Physical and stability is great. It can be used in producing polyester nylon slice, filament, staple, fabric and so on.
3. In polyurethane
The material can be used in the textile coating of PU.
