2,Product characteristic:

1).This anionic dispersion rosin size is anionic type,suitable for paper and paperboard sizing with waste paper pulp or wood pulp under acid and weak acid environment.

2).If the papermaking process condition changed,such as PH,aluminium sulfate,pulp type etc.,the sizing effect keeps well.

3).Under the condition of closed papermaking process(white water recycled use),the sizing effect is good.

4).Compared with common anionic dispersion rosin size,sizing efficiency is higher.

5).The suitable PH range is 4-8,the best PH range is 6-8.

3,Application method:

1),Please dilute with clean water,don’t use the unclean water like white water etc..

2),The anionic dispersion rosin size suitable for intermittent adding and continuous adding.The adding position that selected could have a full contact with slurry,generally choose the mixing pulp chest or head box(intermittent adding recommended the mixing pulp chest,continuous adding recommended the head box).

3),Please don’t use it together with other chemicals,especially the cationic chemicals.

4),This product is nontoxic,if skin contact,please flush with clean water or strip after the rosin size dry.If contact with eyes,please flush with clean water then doctor check.If mistakenly drink,split it out then send to hospital for examination.

4,Packing and Storage:

Packed with 200L or 1000L IBC drum.

Shelf life: 3 months.

Storage in dry, ventilated,shady and cool place,prevent it from insolation and be freezing.

The expired product maybe lead to quality decline,please note this point.
