Cabozantinib is a small molecule inhibitor that effectively inhibits receptor targets including MET, AXL, and VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, and VEGFR-3. These receptors are involved in a series of disease-related processes such as tumor angiogenesis, invasion, metastasis and drug resistance.
