1. Vulcanized black [1326-82-5] is mainly used for dyeing cotton, hemp, viscose and its blended fabrics. Most of the popular jeans fabric (black) inside and outside is made of vulcanized black dyed warp and white yarn.
2. Compared with direct dyes and reactive dyes, vulcanized black has better dyeing rate and evenness, better blackness and washing fastness.
Suitable for dip dyeing, roll dyeing and pad dyeing.
 
3. The suitable dyeing temperature is 90-95°C, the dyeing bath PH 9.5-10, and the ratio of sulfide black to alkali sulfide when dyeing black is about (dye strength 100-200% -- alkali sulfide consumption 1-2 times).
 
4. Dye billet after boiling and desizing, make slightly alkaline, then get dark color.
When dyeing, alkali sulfide not too little, so as not to stain uneven and produce erythra, also not too much, too much will affect the dye on the dyeing rate, dyeing water to be sufficient, otherwise there will be floating color will make the black degree is not black.
