Superiority:

Zinc Phosphate is a process that is widely used to improve corrosion resistance and paint adhesion on steel and iron. Immersion applied coating weights from 150mg/sqft to 1200mg/sqft can easily be achieved. While the crystalline structure produced is typically reserved as a base for paint adhesion, it can also serve as a short term corrosion inhibitor while improving the substrate's appearance.

1. Overview

  IC-2001-1 phosphate coating agent assigned two kinds including IC-2001-1A for preparation and IC-2001-1B for adding, which is little-sediment and low-temperature phosphating agent for surface phosphating of iron and steel parts, cold-rolled sheet. There are some advantages, such as low-temperature, fast filming, little sediment, light pollution. Phosphate coating is thin and firm, dense and uniform, and nuclei is small. The product is suitable for large-scale spraying line or the combination of spraying and dipping with strong processing capability. It is the representative product of high-quality products bonderite developed by our company.

2. Using method

2.1 Tank liquor preparation (1 ton)

a. Tank reagent:  IC-2001-1A zinc-series phosphate coating agent

               IC-2001-1B zinc-series phosphate coating agent

               NT-125 neutralizer

               AC-1301 accelerator

b. First, add water to tank with 50 % of the capacity of tank. Second, add NT-125 neutralizer of 4.5 to 5.0 kg. Third, add IC-2001-1A of 50 kg and stir evenly until flocculent precipitate was completely dissolved. Finally, adding margin water, and stir evenly. Confirm process indicators , heat to processing temperature. Before using, add AC-130 accelerator of 1.6 kg and stir evenly.      

2.2 Tank liquid management

Total acidity: 18 to 36

Free acidity: 0.9 to 1.8

Accelerator: 2.0 to 5.0

Temperature: Dipping: 15 to 35 degrees 

Spraying: 35 to 45 degrees

Time:  Dipping:15 to 25 minutes  

           Spraying: 2 to 4 minutes

Spraying pressure: 0.6 to 1.0 kg/cm2.
