Sodium cyclamate, white needle, flaky crystalline or crystalline powder. Odorless. Sweet, the dilute solution of its sweetness is about 30 times the sucrose. Sweetness of sucrose 40 to 50 times, for the non-nutritional sweetener.

    

Application

As an artificial sweetener, Ace-K serves to enhance the sweet flavor of food without adding extra calories. Due to its chemical makeup, it can withstand heat and can therefore be used in baked goods. When added to beverages or other products, it is often combined with other artificial sweeteners to mask its sometimes bitter after-taste.
