Brief information  

T106 is a fluorine-free water repellent made by special technology without using fluorine. With proper solubility and cross-linking agent, it can give fabrics excellent durable water repellent effect, free of PFOA and PFOS，no safety hazard. The working fluid has high stability and good processing continuity.

Appearance: milky white liquid

Composition: Special high molecular polymer

Ionicity: weak cationic

PH: about 2.5-4.0 (original solution)

Solid content: about 27%

 

Properties and fields of application 

1. To solve the problem of poor initial water repellent effect of non-fluorine water repellent agent in the past, and to give fabrics excellent durable washing and water repellent effect;

2. No fluorine-based resin is used, environmentally friendly raw materials are used, and no PFOA, PFOS related problems;

3. It has good water repellency, durability and excellent peeling strength for the processing of the coating method after the water repelling in the early stage;

4. After water-repellent processing and finishing, fiber shape change becomes smaller, good stability of the working fluid, and less operation problem.

 

Application

Recommended formula: According to the type, organization, weight and mechanical equipment of the processed material, it is recommended to use 20～100g/L. Combined with pressure absorption treatment with cross-linking agent.

 

*In order to maintain the water repellent effect and stability, be sure to strengthen the washing  of the processed fiber 1 to 2 times before water repelling .

(To wash residue, such as leveling agent, fixing agent, alkali agent , etc.)

Cross-linking agent 821  10～20g/L

PH processing fluid adjustment 5.0 ~ 6.0  (citric acid or malic acid adjustment)

Condition A One dipping and one padding → drying & heat setting (150～180℃×1～3min)

Condition B One dipping and one padding → drying (110℃×1～2min) → heat setting (140～170℃×1～2min)

 

※ Adjust the drying type and heat setting time according to the type, shape, and weight of the processed object.

Precautions for use

1. Please store it in a cool place to prevent qualitative change of this product. Please use it as soon as possible after opening.

2. Please close the lid of the opened product tightly when not in use.

3. Please confirm the compatibility of the product before use, and stir the product evenly.

※ Processing points: Generally, it has good compatibility with the medicament used in the finishing process, but the direct mixing of the original liquid should be avoided when the liquid is adjusted.

 

Packing and storage

-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
