      Food Dyeing Materials Acid Red 27 are purple in concentrated sulfuric acid, pink when diluted and bright red in concentrated nitric acid. Food Pigment In hydrochloric acid it's brown and it produces black precipitates. It is sensitive to REDOX, so it is not suitable for use in fermented food. If the pigment in the product is high, then the pigment powder has a tendency to blacken. Food Colorant Due to the state of the powder or the effect of water, the color of the powder may be different even for the same batch of products, but if the concentration of the configured solution is the same, the color of its solution is certain. Tinctorial power of Acid Red 27 are relatively weak.

Product Function/Application:

1.Food Pigment Acid Red 27 can be used for hawthorn products, cherry products, fruity drinks, fruit juice drinks, soft drinks, confectionery, pastries, red and green silk, canned, concentrated juice, green plum, shrimp chips, the maximum usage is 0.05g/kg. 
2.Food Coloring Agents, When used in combination with synthetic colorant, the maximum usage amount should be converted according to the proportion, the usage amount of red and green silk can be doubled, the amount of fruit powder colouring agent added by 50% of the dilution factor, baby milk substitute food should not be used.
